Brian has 30+ years of experience across energy trading, advisory, and large-scale renewables. He has held senior roles at Macquarie and BrightNight/Yanara Australia as CCO and Acting CEO. Earlier, he co-founded Creative Energy Solutions, which was later acquired by M&C Energy and Schneider Electric. He is also a long-serving board member and former Chair of the Energy Users Association of Australia.

As part of the founding management team and CCO of BrightNight/Yanara, he scaled the platform from inception to a 6GW+ portfolio of utility-scale hybrid renewables (PV, wind and BESS) across Australia, India, and the Philippines. He was previously an energy and infrastructure lawyer at Clifford Chance and Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

Marc is a data and analytics specialist with hands-on experience in energy markets. Previously Head of Data Science at Flow Power, he built end-to-end ETL pipelines, developed a proprietary week-ahead price forecasting model, and led reporting across trading, finance, and operations. Marc has a Bachelor of Science (Applied Mathematics) and a Master of Data Science from the University of Melbourne.

Saghar is an experienced energy market analyst with a background in electricity market modelling, price forecasting, and commercial advisory. Most recently, she developed NEM price forecasts, advised major corporates on wholesale market exposure and PPA pricing, and conducted revenue modelling for BESS. She was previously at ERM Energetics. Saghar holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and an MSc from the University of Tehran.

Tom has a Bachelor of Engineering Honours (Mechatronic Engineering with Space) from the University of Sydney.

At Intivian, she leads the firm’s visual identity, marketing, and brand strategy. Shannon has a Bachelor of Communication Design from RMIT.
